Finally I received refusal letter from VOL and I am very happy because VO did not mention Miss Match JDs.

VO has given me following points

Education. 25
Age. 10
Exp. 21
Lang. 09
Adap. 00

Total. 65

What a calculation VO said that I am not satisfy with your blood relation and didn't give me adaptability points. VO also not included my spouse education points.

My question is that If VO was not satisfied with my blood relation why he did not consider my wife education.

I think it is clear example of un justice. I can claim 9 more points 5 for blood relation and 4 for spouse 14 years education.

Dear all, please guide me where I send my reconsideration request with more proofs.

I saw in forum.. sunair file is also reopened.

and please also tell me how many days I have left as VO issued this letter on 15th May

Really feel sorry for you as I had been given 4 points for Mrs being a graduate( B.A). My total anyway are 72.

Indeed, it is a very sad news . Another , one of our comrade fall.
Did your spouse completed her graduation as a regular student or a private student . If , she was a private student then your argument for reconsideration could be weak . This is just purely my opinion and could be wrong.

If your wife's education is regular then u should get points but private education will not earn

I'll suggest you to send an CSE, mentioning your observations and ask them for review. Hopefully, you will get a chance
