There is a field on form if you don't have any travel history you can check it. But you have to submit as VO asked to submit. It my opinion seniors please correct me if i am wrong.

Did u send some docs which was not in english and true translation was also not sent? Plz send colored copies of ur CNIC and passport... True translation of every thing is required ...

i had sent all originals alongwith CNIC notarised copies and their english translated copies dully notarised + NICOP (english language NIC). Else all my degrees and transcripts are in english.

i think they need only these 3 forms and nothing else. otherwise they mention it specifically.
