CRC is basically Bay-form i think.
and u must take ur kid along with u for the picture capturing.

New born baby

I want to make Passport of my new born baby. I came to know that one should have a B-Form or CRC (issued by By Nadra) before submitting application for Passport. i want to ask:

Is B-Form and CRC are same?
Can anybody tell me the procedure to make CRC form? is presence of baby necessary?

Those who are getting 6 to 12 months waiting letter, this is my suggestion apply for caipsnotes, it will be help full. you can know about your points and next BFD date.

Dear Many many congrats for new born baby Allah bless him , dear first you have to take a birth certificate from hospital and then you have to apply for B -FORM

I just got one of those 6 to 12 months letter saying that your file is ready to collect some more dust.

yaar aik aur baar mera status Decision Made ho gya... as previously before the Letter of Docs Recieved it was changed to Decision Made. ab yeh nhy pata k kia hoga iss bar.. may be Rejection...

but yaar points to 69 hein mere. ... . . . . . any input regarding this..?

no i didnt.

my status inside line are same as before decision made.

pending review with decision made...

this decision made line is appearing since before my status changed to inprocess even before the pending review line appeared.

TRUE. Actually i have seen this link already. I was confused so i posted on forum.

Now, i am thinking to take kid with me. If anybody has experience of making B-Form/CRC, share with me
