Sorry 4 late reply,,,, Travel information form (IMM 5562) has ben added recently in VO checklist. I did not submitted this form it was not required in our case bcoz it was not mentioned in the checklist during the time of submission of our dox. if CHC required it than it'll contact the applicant (no worries)

Arkhan do you have send supplementry travel forms (IMM5562) with your full documents, it is mandatory or not?

They have also mentioned in the 1st AOR, that the application package should be submitted in one-go

You might have seen VO demands additional documents after issuing 2nd AOR or after application put into ""In Process"". So there is no harm in sending any document which you have missed. Just write humble request in the cover letter. It would be fine.

I did the same thing. I got my first AOR on April 6 and my deadline was also August 4. Anyway, i followed the old checklist because it was not updated then. But later as it was updated to the new one, with a form of Travel history. I am also thinking over my application..acceptance or rejection, though my visa status has been changed to Received by Office. Things will clear in few days.
The best i think we should wait instead of attaching a new form. The new checklist, according my assessment, is for the post 26th applicant, but if some one (pre 26th applicant) has attached Travel History form, it is an added benefit.

I hav photocopy of my full dox i sent to london and its not there. If CHC is required this supplementary info than they will ask applicant I would prefer not to contact VO at this stage and like to keep my case simple.

Dear ARkhan. It was mentioned in the CHC London Checklist but however the form was missing in the checklist. Though the form is same for all CHC's. Well it is purely CHC London mistake that they had not updated the form in the checklist. But you can't blame them for this. Now the best you can do is to fill and send this form with a cover letter explaining the situation that the form was missing in CHC London checklist when you submitted the full docs that's why you forgot to send it. As it has been updated now, so its humble request to accept this now. Send it now rather CHC ask you to send it. They are very strict now a days so don't give them a chance.

Dear all,

I would like to share with all of you that Isb is no longer processing pak cases my colleagues 2005 onward applicants got change their e-case saying " we transfered ur cases to london they wil contact u". London's priority wil be fats track not simplified.

I hav requested CAIPS and hope to recv in first week of sept.

I dont remember the version. But it was clearly written in the checklist to provide information of travels. But I could not find the form. I consulted with seniors and they said it is mandatory and I must send it. Then I took print from CHC Paris and fill it by hand and send it.

I think in the list date of 2nd AOR is the date when the applicant recvd it. i suggest to change it by the date which is mentioned on AOR when letter was issued for better comparison coz postal delivery is different in every part.
