Can you please guide me on the easiest way to change my address. My visa office is London.

Well Actually email worked just fine... I have recently changed my address through email and it worked, its already been updated in my ECAS... although it took about 25 days to update the address....

why my ecas is not opening with new file no of 2nd AOR,I have tried every thing i.e first/last/middle name changed.My 2nd AOR letter was received to me on 20th April,2011,it was dated 14th April,2011 on the letter,

i send almost three emails for correction of my address in last three months
but still wrong address appears on e-cas.
what should i do? ? ? ?

you can do it through email, provide all ur details like, file number, address, full name, phone numbers, date of birth, etc etc. and tell them to change ur address, also keep in mind that use the email address which u provided in ur forms for electronic communication.

Previously it was 8 to 10 months. BUT

Now they are sending medicals after 10 to Maximum 15 months for pre june 2010 applicants.

I do agree with ali 15 to 16 month

disturbed alot
now a days results are comming up for all those applicants who were waiting for months

i personally feels that processing time is reducing now a days and
with in few weeks backlog of post 2008 will reduce

another important issue was post 2010 applicants
within MAY they all will get there mapple
so dont feel that now onward post 2010 applicants will effect our applications

I have also renewed my passport. How should I update it to CHC? Can it also be done through email just like address change? Let me know.

by the authorities as displayed on E-CAS

atleast it seems that they opened my file for review

No dear its not necessary that ur mailing should be same as ur permanent address even u can provide ur office address for documentary communication.

you should send the notarized copies of ur and ur family passports if renewed or updated any information.
