We have got our passport back without visa as they said they want my all expired passports and they want me to update my daughters photograph as its not matching with the photo on the forms CHC has encashed RPRF
they have given me 45 days to resend all the passports again
can any one tell when can i get my passports back from CHC with visas as i have booked my tickets of 12 june and if i get my daughters passport on 22/05/2010 and i send them on 23 to New Delhi from Punjab will i be able to get visas on time as it reaches next day to CHC

As u have gone though ur medicals much before, I hope u may get ur PP back with visas in 15-25 days from CHC(If everything goes well) , hoevere this time period closely overlaps with 13 June 2010.
(it is the medical results clearance at CHC- which takes time).

But v may never know what kind of unexpected objection CHC can make again in ur case, so better to postpone your flight for at-least 1 more month. It will help.

I remember, earlier many of the forum members advised u 'not to block tickets without receiving visa'. Any ways now again it is up to u to consider our advice or not, as it is ur case.

Congrats Aybee buddy...
My passports reached CHC on 13th April... I got a letter to submit new photos as my earlier photos were not as per specifications... else I would have also received the visa by now :-(

Anyways, the photos have reached on 5th now, so am waiting again now...

Hi Aaybee Congrats to u and all.

Even I have sent Mediacals Receipts, Paasports, Funds Proof, RPRF and PCC on 7th May.

And they have reached there on 8th May.

Now I am also looking forward to get good news.

When I can expect the same???

Got visa today [stamped on 29/4]. ECAS was decision made on last monday.
