in my case they requested all those documents along medicals,as requested in ur case. i want to know whether they made any enquiry in ur case.like job,marriage etc. i applied as single. then during second aor i married.will this is the cause of delay of my case?
plz advice seniors also rocky,deep

In my case when I applied I was married and after that they requested all those docs .I have not received any call for job verification or any other inquiry.They returned my marriage pics with PP.

Nervous because my medicals expire quite soon! Has anyone heard of the visa office not getting the PP back in time to the applicant???

Relax buddy, it is not unusual, I have seen many cases in which they demand PP after 3-6 months of medicals. The medicals expires exactly after 1 year of examination. If the things go well CHCs return the passport with visa in approximately 30-45 days of submission. I have heard maximum 4 months regarding this. I have never heard any such case in which the PP return after expiry of medicals.

Dear Melissaida,
You have many more months to expire your medicals.. Need not to worry about it... It will take 1-3 months to get back PP after visa stamping.. Be happy, you are at the last stage.

Yahoooooooooooooooo. With the grace of WAHEGURU, I have got my pasport back with stamped visa. Visa stamped on 7th April and i got the passport just 10 minutes back.
Thanx to all of the senior members who guided and shared their seperiences.

Docv , Deep9 or others waiting for Visa,

I am curious to know if anyone has sent a case specific enquiry on the status of visa . Is it advisable to send an enquiry or simply wait for CHC to process our case. My concern with making an enquiry is that it shouldn't delay the process any further.
