I submitted my pp on 19th feb 10 and medicals done on 17th feb 10,

seniors pls guide how much time it will take to change the status from in process to decison made

Case history-
Nova Scotai- April 09
Send documents- July 09
In process- 4th Feb 10
Medicals- 17th Feb 10
PP send- 19th feb 10

Just wanted to check whether refrence chek was over , or its still happening?

Can u please tell me from where is the ECAS status changed is it from NS or CHC ND.

My bro's reference check has been done in JAN 2010 but does they do reference check for all the employees mentioned by us or only the NOC list employer mentioned by us

Reference check is done only once or twice by the CHC with the same employer

It depends upon the visa officer and he/she might do it with all the employers as well. (Only with those for whom you are claiming points).
E-cas is updated at New Delhi for New Delhi visa office processing.

Thanks bro for ur feedback.....my bro's employer has got call in Jan 2010 for which he had claimed points,will they call that employer again or they just call only once for background check...and for his other work experience doesnt fall under NOC category so wil they call that employer as well.

Well I do not think that they will otherwise they would have called by now. As they also have a time frame for processing a case as per sections. Now I think work exp verification is complete. Well other work experience if it falls under skill type 0, A and B and your brother is claiming points for it as well then the V/O will/would have or might not call the employers. It depends upon the V/O.
