Hi to all,

Please do include me in this forum as I too have send the RPRF,medicals & PP.

A quick view abt me as this would excite a few.

PNP application send to Manitoba in Jan 2007
Did not receive a letter from Manitoba abt confirmation until Delhi send me one on a wrong address in OCT 2009 which arrived 2 months late with torn envelope and missing checlist papers to submit application to CHC.
Job Code 6241
Send them a new application in 17 Feb 2010.
Recd Medicals and PP request on 02 March 2010.
Med done on 06 March 2010.
Medicals send by DMP on 08 March and recd by CHC ND on 09 March 2010.
Send PP and RPRF on 09 March 2010.

I had a federal skilled application which was applied in Nov 2005 before my PNP application which was withdrawn by visa office on 29 March 2010 and the reason stated is that " since you have an active PNP application your previous application has been closed".

As I had been working on cruise ships I do have FTH.


Now eagerly waiting for PP with Visa as the wait is getting longer day by day until I saw the forum and know that alot of people have sailed in the same boat.
Please update me on the list aswell as it will be of great help for everyone.

I am getting too impatient to know whats happening as well how long will they require to send me back my PP.

Hi adi,

you can send email to CHC but you will get cut and copy response...........just pray your file do not go to background checks then it will take 4-5 months, i am waiting from last three months and there are other members who are waiting more than four months......
So just chill.....and enjoy your waiting time.....

I have sent my pp on 3rd march still waiting well what do you mean by back ground chks does it mean job checks or security checks .... i think after the person gets his meds his background chks are over and only security chks are pending... pl guide / suggest.

hi mavrick,
you are right....it is security check only.....but if you have travel history then there are chances that CHC refer your file to CSIS......
But pray to god that this does not happen coz it is lengthy process and can take 4-5 months or even more.
