Medicals and passports both reached CHC ND on March 8th. Ecase status is still same - in progress. When can I expect any change. Just concerned.

1 month on average, but may be sooner. See after you submit your passport it very difficult to predict the process flow as it all depends upon case to case.

Thanks Rockky. I was just hoping that they update status to say passport recived or medicals recived so that we know documents reached. Presently I only have tracking information from fedex that documents reached on march 8th.

Till date my bro was sharing with u and he told me about this forum ...i would like to share with u people i got my PP stamped on 19th Mar my decision was changed to decision made on 15th Mar and it was stamped by CHC,ND on 9th Mar.My total process took 330 days.

Rocky and Jebi if u can give me u expertise advise on below point it will be great

1. Do i need to inform CHC before i fly Canada. COs in their letter they have mentioned that they wil tell me further process now so what is the process now left

2. Can i stay in any country.Since nothing is mentioned in CPR of visa.Or is it i need to go only to Nova Scotia since we have applied their

3.Which state in CANADA has more opportunity and less expensive to stay and has bright prospectus for Hospitality job or account jobs.

4. In their letter they have mentioned that i cant sponser my dependent in future if they apply why is that?what if i get married and my wife andmom want to stay with me since they are dependent on me?

1. Yes you can fly anytime to Canada now, CPR and visa is sufficient to make you eligible and proof of funds at the time of entry.
2. Country ? I think you mean province. Yes once you land in Canada, you can stay in any province (Read instructions before visiting the province as each province has its own rules)
3. Finance - Goto Toronto. Hospitality will be coming up due to Canada's infrastructure push and upcoming developments.
4. If you get married, yes you can sponsor your spouse and immigration takes 2 - 4 months New Delhi visa office under the spouse and partner category. For Parents and Grandparents it takes 4 - 5 years under the family class category New Delhi visa office.

Good. Well RPRF receipt doesn't have any significance with the passport stamping. But I think its been 1.5 months now so now this week or maximum next week you should get your stamped passport back.

Here's the details :

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on September 22, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you.

But in my letter it is mentioned that "BEFORE YOU LEAVE CANADA WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHAT FURTHER PROCEDURES ARE REQUIRED" What does this mean ? Whats the procedures they are talking about ? Cos i have already receive CPR and Visa.

Do i need to inform them or i can fly anytime?

Is 10000 Canadian dollars enough to show proof of unds

In the letter they have also mentioned that "ALL FAMILY MEMBER ARE REQUIRED TO BE EXAMINED BEFORE YOU GO TO CANADA? Is it Compulsory

They have also mentioned that "ANY CURRENT FAMILY MEMBER NOT EXAMINED NOW CAN NEVER BE SPONSERED BY YOU IN FUTURE?

Are the above CLAUSES are mentioned in ur letter as welll please let me know that as well.

Or please give me ur email id wherein i can send u scanned copy of that letter

Do the IO ask about where we would stay in CANADA and what job u will be working?

As per u Dependants like mom n dad wil take 3-4 year for dependant visa why so long?

I m planning to fly in Mid May and come back in September to get married and fly back willl it hamper my PR status...cos as per mentioned in the letter they have stated that i need to stay for 730 in 5 years ....please advise on this as well
