Good Initiative but I will be the applicant for Sep intake

2 Quick Questions here:

1> Is GIC mandatory for university applicants ? If No, then I suppose we can just show 10,000 CAN $ as Living Expense. Even if I am purchasing GIC, I will be using the Loan sanctioned money so Is there any rule that I have to show 10k $ flowing from my account rather than Loan Account.

2> Is it mandatory to learn French from here before applying for Visa. i do not think so ...neither I have heard this. please confirm !!

2. french is not mandatory.. but it will make your profile stronger.

I dont know buddy whether it will make my profile stronger or not but I can not purchase GIC from my Loan account as it is written in GIC guidelines that I have to transfer funds from my own Account only and Loan amount will be in separate loan account ( jointly owned by me and my father ) so I think I have to just show 10k $ to visa officers rather than purchasing GIC.

I dont know buddy whether it will make my profile stronger or not but I can not purchase GIC from my Loan account as it is written in GIC guidelines that I have to transfer funds from my own Account only and Loan amount will be in separate loan account ( jointly owned by me and my father ) so I think I have to just show 10k $ to visa officers rather than purchasing GIC.

You can transfer funds from that loan account as well.. my friend did same thing and got GIC certificate.

I am 100% sure about this thing.. because he applied for loan and got approved for 13 lakhs.
He paid GIC from that loan account.

financial standing
41250 CAD In Bank a/c
33750 Cad yearly fathes income ,
1.5 Core land assets ,
chance of getting visa high/low

I am 100% sure about this thing.. because he applied for loan and got approved for 13 lakhs.
He paid GIC from that loan account.
