To write IELTS
They need my passport for regestration,my passport was submited along with the documents to the embassy
If i tell the sutuvation and send the passport requset do they send me back to appier for the test
Please give some advice

I believe it will work, i mean sending email explian your situation., and ask them to extend the time

Also they will sent you back the pasport
But you should write first to then an enquiry
then they will send to you to go to thier office to collect ur passport

I discuss this issue to my employer he told he will also send a letter explaing his sutuvation without me in his company, i belive it make sence to add my employers letter with my passport request.
My job falls under "D"

I don't think IELTS are required for applying for work permit!

I believe for Skill Level C/D, it is required to have "Basic Proficiency" when it comes to English knowledge.

CLB/NCLC 4 is considered “Basic Proficiency” and means that an individual being tested who “meets” CLB/NCLC 4:

can communicate basic needs and personal experience;
can follow, with considerable effort, simple formal and informal conversations;
can read a simple set of instructions, plain language; and
can write short messages, postcards, notes or directions.

I just want to ask you, is it normal for asking IELTS for temporary resident visa & work permit.
From the forum, it seems that the embassy start sking for IELTS cetificate from so many people.

Am confused when i got an email from embassy to submit IELTS result
Visa officer have to give my passport to do the test
