Mostly its the canadian work experience that counts here. If you do a course(pg) you should get a good job with a fair pay

Make sure to research job opportunities before selecting a course and college/university. Not all programs are created equal.

Really hard to answer any of your questions without knowing your detailed background and what course you are taking.

I’ve completed MSc Finance from a university in Germany and traveling to Canada as an exchange student in University of Toronto. As I can convert my visa to student by taking admission in one of the universities in Canada, I would like to know if it’s worth to do that considering job situation, career growth, salaries etc. currently I have an offer of employment from General Electric finance department in Budapest.

Would appreciate your valuable advice as I’m a bit confuse what to do....??

Think you will struggle to get a study permit given your MSc and seems like good career. I don't understand what you are saying about transferring your visa to a study permit. Finance jobs are competitive. You do have lots of international experience so imagine you will be able to find a job. It would be impossible to give you an idea about salary because really dependent on job and location. You seem to have lived all over the place. Not sure why you want to come to Canada especially if you are being offered a good job in the EU.
