Hi there,

If you accept an offer through job bank, does this mean that the employer has an lmia already or will be getting one if you get matched with an employer?
What are the benefits of a job offer through job bank?

Job offer through the job bank means that the company is willing to get an LMIA for your employment. LMIA = guaranteed +600 points = guaranteed ITA.

They may still need to apply for an LMIA..but either way you should be good.
