Jobbank message | Your Express Entry information must be revalidated

Hello friends,

I created my Express Entry Profile in July and have created a Jobbank login too for it. I was able to use Jobbank till about recently, when I received a Message on my Jobbank page "Your Express Entry information must be revalidated" and asking for Express Entry profile Number and Verification code. Now, when I enter the Express Entry Profile Number and Verification code, that I received when I created the profile, I am getting "Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code".

I am not sure what to do now. I have received AOR and my application is already in processing. Did any of you guys too faced a similar problem?

Please help!

Received same message. Seems like a technical issue.

I recreated my new EE profile in Nov. 2015 and I had deactivated my earlier job bank account.
I got this message as well after logging into job bank. I entered the new EE profile number and job seeker code.

After this it says " Your new Express Entry key has been applied to your job seeker Account"

I hope this info should be fine.

Thanks Sushant. But the case is bit different here.

1. I have received the request for RE-validation. I was having an active account and it was working fine till a few days back. Then I received this request.
1. I have not recreated my account. Niether can I, as my file is already in processing. (AOR received, Meds done, Schedule A done). So option to recreate an Express Entry profile is not possible.

I am apprehensive because I not sure if it will impact the file processing.

Unfortunately our new EE is not being validated.

This is as per my today's activity on the job bank account that I am talking about. I was asked to revalidate it today and I entered the info and got this message.

I don't think this should have any impact on your application. Just wait for a few more hours or a day or two and try to redo this activity.

:eek:Why people are making this thing ISSUE and every 2nd person is giving different answers :eek:

Please follow these instructions.

Just go to the letter which u received from CIC before receiving your "CONGRATULATION" letter.
on that letter go to
To register with Job Bank:
over there
your Job Seeker validation code:
is available in digits form.

then go back to your jobbank account and enter your express entry reference number and then that code from this letter and press enter and now the system with accept u and this red colour instructions will disappear now go and modify your profile because your all previous data has been deleted. after update then press activate profile.
thats all u r done. 8)

@Raka..I think everyone including me have already tried what you are mentioning...I believe this is a system glitch...the best thing would be to report to the Job bank team, which I did they asked for additional details.. In case they come back with a resolution I will let the forum know...but in between I feel its best if we all just rsie the issue with job bank ...

i have attempted to one of my friends application and it works fine.
i think u r using code which came in email ,which was valid for 72 hours only.
