I work in a public establishment in my country where my official rank is "technical agent," and I am assigned to the electrical maintenance department. In the declaration of interest, I was asked for a job title. I requested my supervisor to write me a reference letter with a title and tasks, and he gave me the title "electrical maintenance technician." I hold an applied degree in electrical engineering there a problem with this? Because this title appears only in my refrence letter.

Title doesn't matter, duties are what matter.
