Job title selection for primary skills under NOC

Hi ,

Good Day!

I have 2 years of experience in IT and 1 year of experience in manufacturing.

I am going to give my IELTS but whle i was calculating my CRS score by giving some ok scores in all the subjects and putting experience as 2 years i was no where near to the cut offs which have seen from past 3–4 months but when i put experience as 3 years i somewhere reaching near by the cut offs.

Problem is that i am not sure whether i can show 3 years of experience because in further documentation process i will be selecting relevant job type under NOC and there i can select only one and that either has to be IT or Manufacturing.

I want to find job in IT and not manufacturing but still i want to show my 1 year of manufacturing experience to increase my CRS score.

So, basically i want to know is it possible for me to show 3 years of total experience and under NOC select 2 years of my IT experince.

Please can you help me out whether it is possible or not?

You can mention your total number of years of experience. The only condition is, you should have 12 months of continuous experience in the NOC against which you are applying PR.

Yes, i do have 2 years of experience in IT which i will be selecting as per NOC and one year of experience in manufacturing which will have no relevance to the primary skill which i am selecting under NOC.
