Job title problem

hi all, one of my 1.5 years job at a transportation company i worked as a billing clerk but my job duties were under noc 1212

What should i do to convince the vo?

Any suggestions will be appreciated

What matters is the Duties (the title becomes irrelevant) as long as the Duties match those described in the NOC (that's whay CIC says)

Thanks for the reply but i got a letter from vo that billing clerk comes under noc c where as I explained through my supervisor that my duties were noc b 1212 as stated on my letter of employment
