Job title mismatch on visa VS actual job description

My sister wants to apply as skilled worker through EE. However, the visa stamped on her passport is NOC C (1414) wherein her actual job description falls under NOC B (1241). Her company can provide and confirm her job description and title using the same(1241). She's in UAE right now.
Will this affect her EE application in any way? Is there anyone who experienced the same?
I'm reading refusals due to NOC mismatch so that makes me worried. Please advise.
