Job title is different NOC

Hello! Question about NOC/ employment reference letter. Would it be a red flag say my NOC is graphic design but my job title is Office Admin? I know the job title is not as important as the job duties and responsibilities but I was just a bit worried that they’re completely different NOC. The reason I’m asking is because my job title is Office Admin but more than 50% of my job is actually matches the NOC for graphic design but I also do a bit of paper works/admin duties.
Hoping someone could enlighten me. Thank you!

It will most likely invite scrutiny. If more than 50% of your job (duties or time spent? - important difference) is as a graphic designer and that is the NOC you intend to apply under why can't you ask HR to adjust your title?

My Job title is Cloud Lead which comes under 21231 where my responsibilities are of Cloud Manager that comes under 20012. What should I choose?
