Job Title changed from when I was hired - how to reflect?

I don't want to be perceived as lying but my job title had changed since I was first hired last year and I'm not sure how to reflect that

Because now it seems like my Job Offer says I have this job title but I'm claiming my current title to be something else?

Should I answer Yes to Is this a new position? in the Job Offer Form?

The person before me was doing the job I was hired for, but my role got expanded

how should i handle this?
