Job Title and Name Change

Dear All,
I have two questions

1) Post ITA, I am not collected documents. I have got the experience letter made along with the job duties, however my title does not match any one of the title examples listed in the NOC ? Is that fine ?

2) Secondly my wife's name changed post marriage(my name was included after her given and surname)...What document is the best to validate the name change ? Passport pre and post marriage ?
I do not have a standalone document that specifically mentions the name change only. IT can be validated by other documents such as marriage certificate and passport copies. What are your thoughts ?

1. Titles does not matter that much, the job duties should be matching with your reference letter.
2. Just a simple affidavit "one and same name" format, that's enough.
