Job title and job roles

Hello everyone

I will be applying for Manitoba Pnp after completing 1 year as a "Office assistant" (NOC 14110) which falls under Teer 4. But the duties are related to "Office Administrative Assistant " NOC(13110) which falls under Teer 3. For applying in Express entry i need Teer 3 job under FSW.

Does the job title and job duties have to be same? And does job title matter on the paycheck?
