Job Seeker Validation code and Express Entry profile number not received

Hi all ,

I submitted my EE profile successfully but when I open the message the pdf file doesn't show any kind of number or code. It's just blank. I tried withdrawing the profile and submitting a new one but the pdf came back same. I was wondering if someone had a problem like this and what did any of you guys do to solve it ? Based on the threads I have read it says those number are generated immediately as soon as you submit your profile. Hope I can get an answer for this.

You will get one more message with the job validation code and number of your EE profile. Just wait for some time. Many people reported that the EE website is undergoing technical maintenance and updates. You should get it soon,don't worry.

Thank you very much for the reply but I figured out what the error was. For some reason it wasn't showing those numbers on my iPhone but when I opened that pdf on laptop I was able to see those numbers. Finally I have activated my job bank profile as well.
