That list of duties is too long in my view. Stick with the main duties that you perform and do not go in excessive detail. No one NOC code is going to cover all that stuff. Pick some of the duties that are related to each other and try to fit them under one NOC code or 2 NOC codes at max. Have a look at NOC codes 7313 and 7231. Also, try to stay away from duties which make you look like a maintenance guy because that's gonna make you fall under NOC 6733: Janitors, caretakers and building superintendents.
Your job duties are kinda far away from what millwrights do but fortunately if you work on your wording you will totally fit under HVAC and machining i.e. 7313 and 7231.
