Hello,

I got my invitation and currently gathering all the required documents for my application. During last 3 years, I worked on 3 jobs.

1 - Noc B 2282 - 2 yrs and 4 months - I have everything for this job including reference letter + pay stubs + T4
2- Noc C 6552 - 2 months - I do have pay-stubs and T4 but employer has refused to provide the job reference letter as its not in their company policy
3- Noc B 2282 - 2 months - I have everything from this job including letter and pay stubs.

My Question is, Is it fine If I just apply with job letter for my 2nd job instead of reference letter. I got the invitation under CEC, so I guess Noc C don't even matter.

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Thanks.

Look, in the invitation it says how many points CSR has been calculated for you and that you need to validate. You may even consider putting noc C under personal history only.

But also all 3 listing with documents you have should be fine, maybe you have contract, or you may contact your immediate to give you a reference letter. T4 slips are way more valid, so I would not worry about NOC C reference letter.
