Hey, I applied with 5707 for my parents, did not mention my mom's brother anywhere since the form did not ask for it, visa got approved.

Because it is CIC, I am guessing the system cannot read into that the same company is listed, it understands it as different companies. that is why the whole confusion. My WE is easier since no change of position, only company.
