Hello All,

I applied my PR application yesterday and have some doubts about Job Reference Letter from my previous employer.

I worked at ABC company from Jan 7, 2014 to Nov 2, 2016. From Jan 7, 2014 to April 30 2014, I worked as a co-op student and afterwards they hired me full time.

Should the Job letter specify these 2 as separate experiences? or one continuous experience would work as well?

If your title changed, you should have the employer mention the two titles in the letter.. If the title did not change, then one continuous experience letter should work..
 
My title was same when I was co-op and when I was working full-time. The only thing changed is the status, from co-op to full time employee.

I hope that should be okay with VO.
