The date becomes important when there is a large gap between getting the reference letter and quitting the job and only if the former precedes the latter. In those circumstances, it becomes important to prove continuity of employment beyond the date on the reference letter.

In your case, this won't be a big concern as it is only a short gap but try to produce other documents (relieving letter, pay stubs etc) to support your claim of leaving the organization 2 weeks after the reference letter date. Your T4 would also help.
I have record of employment and t4 but dont have paystubs for last months.

Hi Asivad,

Greetings!
I also have a similar situation. One of the companies I worked for, closed their location in my city after I left the job. I did not mention their experience in Express Entry profile. I have an ITA now. Should I mention their experience in work experience or just in a timeline?
If I mention the work experience in only the timeline do I need to produce supporting documents for that experience?
I do have salary slips, joining letter, promotion letter, and tax documents for that company; but, I am unable to get their reference letter that is why I did not mention it in express entry. Should I send or upload them along with the application? Please help me. I am confused and scared for the rejection of my application.

Thanks,
Sincerely,

Manish

This job added no points hence your ITA is not contingent on it. It need not figure under Work history. Just mention it in Personal history and you won't be prompted for any documentation.

so that means, if we do not claim point for certain work experience in EE, we do not need to show the proof of it while submitting post ITA application. only need to mention the work experience in personal history. but does not require proof for it... am i right? correct me if i am wrong...........my situation is like

i worked as dentist for around 3 years
then right now i am working in public health research institute but here my role and responsibilities are not match perfectly to any noc

so i want to claim point on dental job only

my question is that if i will get ITA, do i need to show proof of my current role like what we show to claim point for work experience- all reference letter and business card and all that stuff?? although i m not claiming point for my current role

Hi Asivad, I am a CEC inland applicant. Should I upload my T4s and my NOAs for the years I worked for the job I am claiming points? In this case, my job is from Aug 2015 to present. Do I upload 2015 NOA and T4 or are they not needed?

Not mandatory but no harm in submitting those.

Okay thanks. So If I decide to upload them, shoud they be attached to my Reference Letter in one PDF?

Also, do I need to upload my offer letter and reference letter (with JDs and all that) or just the latter?

That will do.

If reference letter has all required details, no reason to upload offer letter but no harm if you choose to do so.

Thank you so much Asivad. Now please answer these last few questions if you dont mind :)

- To confirm, I am only supposed to upload only the stamped pages and visa pages of my VALID passport and not both valid and invalid passports?
- Do I need to include an LOE if I list work experience I'm not claiming under Personal History?
- Can I pay both PR application fee and RPRF together at the beginning?
- What documents should I upload for my Canadian Bachelor's degree? Transcripts, Letter of Confirmation of Graduation from Senate and Graduation Certificate issued at Graduation ceremony?
- Do I need to upload my IELTS result?

Yes. Though IRCC has contradicting information reg this at multiple places on their site, no harm in uploading stamped pages.

No.

Yes.

- What documents should I upload for my Canadian Bachelor's degree? Transcripts, Letter of Confirmation of Graduation from Senate and Graduation Certificate issued at Graduation ceremony?

Those would suffice.

- Do I need to upload my IELTS result?

No.

Any idea a one year full time paid internship outside canada counts as a year experience in federal skilled workers?

If it was under NOC 0/A/B within the last 10 years, Yes.
