Hi! I have a 1 year experience as a Python developer. Also, 0.6 year of Customer Service which makes my total experience of 1.5 years. Now, my queries are,

1. Under which NOC does Python developer come while filing Express entry application?
2. Does my work experience counts as 1 year or 1.5 year during the form submission?
3. If my work experience counts as 1 year, will I still be eligible for Express entry or the PNP program?
4. What are the processing time for both programs?

Any help would be great. Thanks!

1. It would be either 2173 or 2174 based on my knowledge. Check each one of them and see if it fits your duties.
2.Will count as 1 year. Half-years do not count. You have to hit the next year mark for it to count.
3.There are other eligibility requirements to consider whether it's EE or PNP. But as far work experience goes, it's 1 year of continuous, paid full/part-time, adding up to at least 1560h. So I'm assuming you have that, so yes. But you'll have to check each PNP stream's details on each province's website to see what are the exact eligibility criteria.
4.Processing time for EE is 6 months for 80% of cases. It may seem great, but it's vague as well. One cannot know if one may fall in the remaining 20%, therefore taking more than 6 months. Also, it could take much less than 6 months. I've seen application processed in 2 months, others in 12 months. But most of them take 6 months. For PNP, again, you'll have to check each stream's webpage to know the processing time. British Columbia PNP takes 4 months for example.

*footnote*:
In 2016, EE processing time for FSW was 80% of application processed in 6 months or less. And in 2017, it was 80% of application processed in 4 months or less. Full processing time reports in link below:
