Hi,

Hope things are going well. I am reaching out for some help with regards to work history section. I am planning to apply for EE profile now and am expecting a promotion in the same company starting Jan next year. My current role is Business Analyst and future role will be Senior Business Analyst

1. If I apply for EE in Dec and get ITA sometime before Jan, can I change/add the new title in the EE profile after ITA. Should the new role be listed separately in terms of work experience
2. Should I get two reference letters from my employer for submitting the final application. Both roles will be under the same NOC code.

Mention the role you are holding at the time of creating EE profile.

You don't need two separate letters. Your employer can mention your two roles in one letter along with the time periods of each.
