I arrived in Canada a year ago from Ukraine with a temporary visa (CUAET) and an open work permit (without LMIA or exemption number).
Now I have a year of Canadian experience and I continue to work for the same employer. The job is full-time and permanent.
Recently I created my Express Entry profile and it shows that I'm eligible for Canadian Experience Class, but I don't have enough points to cross the cut-off line.
I'm wondering if my current job can be shown as a job offer or if it should be a new offer only. My current job is shown in the work history (as a current job) and I tried to add it to the block "Intent to work in Canada", but it requires LMIA or some kind of exemption in my work permit, even if I set it as an open one.
My IELTS score is 7.5 and it won't help me a lot if I'll try to increase it. My French is not good enough to take a test. No relatives here. So my only hope is for job points.
Can I do something in this situation?
