JOB Opportunities for Chartered Accountant, India

Hi All,
Any Chartered Accountants from India in this forum?
I'm thinking, whether to pursue a US CPA or a Canadian CPA, for Job opportunities in Canada. US CPA is world-wide recognized, but a Canadian CPA would be more preferable for jobs in Canada (Toronto). Please help me on the same.
Also, while doing my CPA, can I find any non-CPA Accountant jobs there? And, how much are they paid on an average?
