Job opportunities - Banking Business Analyst and Mainframes programmer

Hi members

Could anybody advice me on what is the scope of job opportunities for a Banking domain Business analyst with more than 6 years of experience and for a Senior Mainframes programmer with more than 4 years of experience
Am yet to apply for my immigration but still wish to know how one should go about looking for a job in Canada - are there job agencies/consultancies ??

guide me please

I have done BS in Computer Engineering, and have 3 years of work experience as a software Engineer. My uncle lives in Milton Toronto, so I will be staying there. I want to do a 2 year Post graduate Diploma program so please suggest which college program is best for me,keeping in mind all factors (i.e. distance from residential place, college reputation in my field which helps to get job easily):

1. Scheridan College - Computer Programmer
2. Humber College - Computer Programmer
3. Seneca College - Computer Programmer
4. centennial college - Software Engineering Technology (Program code: 3439)

I am thinking to apply in 2 or 3 colleges, so if possible please tell the preference order.
