How come you have approved LMIAs and still not taking into consideration Job Bank on which most foreign workers depends and rather than that coming here on a public forum? If the answer is yes you have posted there it is impossible you are not getting hold of a single candidate.

If you have approved LMIAs then post jobs to job banks with the tag that you are accepting those without work authorization, PR or Canadians. Job postings on your site are all old.
