Job offers as proofs of intention to leave Quebec

I have new job offers from companies in other provinces, can I upload them as proofs of intention to leave Quebec? I might not take these specific jobs because I'm still looking for better opportunities (still in interviews with other companies).

If you aren’t taking the job then that isn’t an intention to settle. You want to show an employment contract that you have taken the job. Or show residency in the another province like house, rental etc.
