Hi All,

I started my job in Jan 2018 and I have competed my one year by Jan 2019, and I still have one more year job mentioned in offer letter(till Feb 2020)( same is mentioned in my work permit) , shall I claim job offer 50 points?...by the time I submit I have one year job offer, but do not know how many days CIC take to complete my application, let’s say if they take 4months to process, means after 4 month my job still exists for 8 months as the CIC took months.and in CIC website they mentioned at least one year after they issue Permanent Resident Visa..if this is the scenario, what kind of decision will officer can take?

Since you have a year's work ex in Canada, you can apply under CEC.
