Guys, I resigned my job post ITA and accepted another offer. I claimed points only towards Canadian job offer and not on Canadian experience. Will there be a problem?

I am on open Work Permit (3 years). I don't have LMIA.

You almost certainly can't claim points for a valid job offer unless you happen to be working in a job that is exempt

Your job offer is not valid for IRCC. You need to have LMIA (since you are on open work permit). If you claimed 50 points for job offer and got ITA based on that, your application will be rejected at a later stage.

You should have done research on criteria to claim points for 'job offer' before wasting your time and energy and also an ITA from a deserving candidate.

I checked through the CRS tool and then I applied. I should put my blame on the tool. So I am not here to be blamed pls.

The tool does its calculation purely based on your inputs. It can't examine whether or not you actually have a valid job offer. It's your responsibility to understand the rules.

No. The tool specifically asks if you have an LMIA or if you hold a work permit with your employer's name on it. You should have read the questions thoroughly.
