Job Offer

When I was submitting my profile for points calculation I selected that I did have a permanent job offer, however this is only a verbal offer. Now that I have been invited to apply I must submit this offer from my employer in writing, which I do not have. Will it affect my application if I go back and change the permanent job offer status to No??

Yep, it will have a big impact on your application. I guess you will get 50 points for job offer and if y were not able to support that with a offer letter then y will be missing those points.

Really? I have been allocated 40 points for Canadian Work Experience. I do not see any points given for job offer though.
