Hello Friends,

I received an offer (under 0016 NOC) from a company in Canada and moved on a temporary work permit an year back. My employment was LMIA exempted as I worked same organisation in India. The offer does not specifically mention that it is valid after 1 year after receiving the PR. The employment reference letter indicates that my position is full time and permanent.
Can this be considered as valid job offer.
Thank you.

I have the same condition, but I changed my job to part-time as I started studying my masters, however, I have my valid work permit. What should I do, regarding getting the points for job offer?

What kind of work permit do you hold? PGWP? Something else?

I'm not sure what kind of open work permit is! but I got it because my wife is a student.
In that case your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to claim the 50 job offer points.

Even if I work there more than a year? according to this link?
Yes - even if you worked for your employer for more than a year. Your employer isn't named on your work permit - so that link doesn't apply to you.

Thank you so much, what should I do for getting that?
You are working part-time (not eligible for a valid job offer), and even though you have work permit, you are now on a study permit, is that correct? Sorry, but this work experience will not count.

Your employer is the one who has to apply. It's a 4-6 month process usually with no guarantee of approval. You need to speak with your employer.

Yes, Now I have both work and study permit, I got the study permit a month ago. So you are saying getting the study permit is ruining everything?!
