I got a job offer from borzer corporation (hr.justintp@gmail.com). They sended me all the documents. Appiontment letter, work permit, represnted location. For that purpose i need get LMIA. I dont what is that. And where would get it. To get LMIA i have to pay 28000 indian rupees to embussy in india. Is this true. And help me out of this

It’s a scam just as previous post highlights says no major company uses gmail as their email domain they would have their own. If you pay any money you will not see it again or any job plus for an LMIA that is the responsibility of the sponsoring company.
