hi..
I want to immigrate to canada under the category "skilled workers and professionals"..
I have a job offer.. but my employer didn't get a confirmation letter from the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)
would that affect my application??
and does it mean that my job offer is not valid??

yes
your job offer is not vallide if it is not approval in HRDC

thank you for replying
but are you sure?
because my employer told me that no one is doing it anymore.

From the CIC site:

- your work permit must have been issued by CIC based on a positive labour market opinion (LMO) from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC);

OR

- you must be in a category that is exempt from an Arranged Employment Opinion, for example, you are currently working in Canada in a job that is exempt from the LMO requirement under an international agreement (for instance, North America Free Trade Agreement) or a significant benefit category (for instance, intra-company transferee).

or your employer needs to apply under the Immigrant Nominee Program for that Province.

Hello,
Whether it is possible to get a job offer while sitting in Pakistan?

Extremely difficult. You should focus on qualifying to immigrate instead.

my scores are not enough to meet express entry criteria. Is there any other way to immigrate?

Look into the PNP programs or try to increase your score.

from university Canada west
College or diploma mill. No Canadians attend this school & no employers have heard about it. It is strictly for international students. Assume you have applied for your study permit as you don’t have enough points.

guide me further about ucw?

You can google the school but it is a private, for profit school in a building in downtown Vancouver that caters to international students. Most Canadians go to public colleges or universities like University of British Columbia. Employers will not care that you did your MBA and will not really advance your career.
