Hii, i am an indian, i got one 3years contract offer letter from Canada. Iam not have permanent residency visa. I am not clear ielts exam also. Iam eligible or not to come under temporary work visa? I need to pay 480 dollars to Indian agencies its safe. And how can i verify the offer letter is fake or not.
