Job offer technicalities in e-APR

I received an ITA under CEC. My employer provided me with a job offer letter several months ago when I asked for it, but I do not have anything related to an LMIA. However, from what I can tell, I was not awarded points for a valid job offer in CRS:
  • CRS – Human Capital – Age: 110
  • CRS – Human Capital – Level of Education: 120
  • CRS – Human Capital – First Official Language Proficiency: 136
  • CRS – Human Capital – Second Official Language Proficiency: 0
  • CRS – Human Capital – Canadian Work Experience: 64
  • CRS – Spouse – Level of Education: 0
  • CRS – Spouse – First Official Language Proficiency: 0
  • CRS – Spouse – Canadian Work Experience: 0
  • CRS – Skill Transferability – Education: 50
  • CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience: 0
  • CRS – Skill Transferability – Certificate of Qualification: 0
  • CRS – Additional – French Proficiency or Bilingualism: 0
  • CRS – Additional – PR or Canadian Sibling: 0
  • CRS – Additional – Canadian Education: 30
  • CRS – Additional – Arranged Employment: 0
  • CRS – Additional – Provincial/Territorial Nomination: 0
If that’s correct, I’m thinking I should revisit my whole “Intended work in Canada” section in my e-APR, because the supporting document list I was given asks for an offer of employment PLUS employment records/reference letters and a letter of employment, and that doesn’t seem right for my situation.

This is what I have right now, cut down a bit for brevity (answers referring to my PGWP and my employer’s "job offer" letter not backed by an LMIA):
  • Does [Name] have a job offer in Canada? The offer must be for full-time and for at least one year, meet different requirements depending on type of job (i.e. some need apprenticeships and certification) and be non-seasonal for Federal Skilled Workers.
    • Yes
  • Is this job offer for work that is full-time, continuous, and for at least one year?
    • Yes
  • Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?
    • No
  • Does [Name] have a valid work permit for the current job in Canada?
    • Yes
  • Is [Name]'s job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
    • No
  • Has [Name] been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)
    • Yes
  • Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?
    • No
Should I just change the first answer to "no"?

Yes, first answer is no. If you are on a PGWP, then you need an approved LMIA to say that you have a job offer.

Thanks so much! That makes everything a lot easier especially now that I don't have to worry about points.
