Hi! there , after Graduate and 11 month and 5 days exp in India now I am in Canada On WP after study and having Job offer in the same field that i studied in Canada . Can I apply for PR. Your help will be very appricable .please help
To qualify for FSW, you should have atleast one year of experience in past 10 years.
To qualify for CEC, you should have atleast one year of experience in Canada. It can be with or without LMIA.
Your job offer will not be recognized as a job offer since you have no LMIA. So you will be apply for PR as if you had no job offer. In other words, for immigration purposes, a job offer is useless without an LMIA.

The job offer won't help you get PR if the employer is not willing to get an LMIA for you - and you should ask if they are willing to do that, as it would make everything faster and simpler. But if they won't or can't, it makes no difference to your application.
You can apply for PR under CEC after you complete one year of skilled work in Canada (it must be in NOC 0,A, or B). Unfortunately, since your work in India was for less than a year, it also will not give you points.
With little work experience, your English/French skills would have to be excellent, you would have to be in your 20s, which you probably are, and you would have to have an advanced degree to have a shot at getting the more than 450 points that currently means you will most likely get an invitation. So your best bet now is to try for an LMIA or, failing that, a provincial nomination, to add to your points. Good luck!
