Job offer points for LMIA exempt (ICT)

Hi,

I am currently in the US and I have a LMIA exempt job offer from my employer. I also have a valid closed work permit for Canada. I created the express entry profile and provided the information about my employer offer and the intended location on work in Canada. But, I do not see 50 points for the job offer. Is it because I responded to the below questions as 'No'? Need help to claim the points.

Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?
No

Is xxx currently working in Canada?
No

You cannot claim these points at this time.

You need to work for your employer in Canada for a full year before you will qualify for the 50 job offer point.
