One condition for claiming 50 points "your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job for at least one year if you’re accepted as a permanent resident"

Hi all
I am CEC case working in Canada right now.

I have one question related to the above statement. Is this mentioned in Letter of Employment given by HR telling full time permanent etc job since so and so time
OR
this is part of original JOB OFFER document that we got before we joined the job. My original job offer doesn't have this statement.

So should we ask the HR to give above statement in Letter of employment single page letter. More like employment proof statement??

Can some guys please share their wordings for 1 year. I am unable to think what I should request HR to write so that they can easily write. Something like

"As XYZ job is full-time, permanent, indefinite duration job, We would be happy to support XYZ for Permanent Resident Visa and would like him to continue in his current job for 1year after the PR Visa is approved subjected to the conditions mentioned in the original job offer".

Will this statement in employment letter be good enough to claim the points?. If some guys can share what statement their documents were having which enabled them to claim job offer 50 points it would be great.

My conditions are as below
I have to claim 50points for job offer.
- My job is LMIA approved for NOC2174 Software developer
- I have got my first Work Permit expired in 8 months (due to passport). I got second Work permit expiring now in Oct2021.
- My initial job offer letter says full-time indefinite duration employment but doesn't say anything about PR etc
- My HR letters says 40hrs, full time permanent role but doesn't say anything about PR etc.
- I have worked for same employer since Apr2019

New job offer including statement
I am confused. In India or elsewhere, we get one offer when we join the job. After that there is no job offer etc. in same job.. You mean we should ask employer for new offer itself. Than what would it give joining date etc? Do company here give job offer to existing employees as well?. I am on closed work permit and my old offer was already shared with IRCC so surely i can't backdate the offer as its illegal etc.

The job offer is 'going forward', it is not about your work history. Your employer is making an offer of employment - that is not past tense. The offer has to include certain elements.

Unfortunately it is weird and confusing and feels unreasonable. I am in the same boat. People in the forum insist on having those exact words in a new offer letter whereas company/HR do not like doing this (either new offer letter or promise 1 yr employment or both). Two people have called IRCC and were told the whole idea is to weed out temporary/contract/seasonal workers so they plan on sending just experience letters which states that they are full time employees and not temporary/contract/seasonal workers. I do remember one person getting rejected because the offer letter did not mention those magic words but without other details of his case it is difficult to say why/how it happened, also I am unable to find that post now!

If you have good relations with HR then please get that letter to have a water tight case and if not then try to get something like you mentioned where there are disclaimers that make the HR feel safe. I am going to do the latter. All the Best.
