Job offer letter

HI everybody
I have applied for the permanent immigration to canada in january 2008 from Dubai. To reduce the processing time I need a job offer letter from an employer in canada approved by HRDC.
I am a civil engineer working in Dubai and have been in the flooring business ( carpet ,Vinyl,&wood) for the last thirteen years with extensive knoweledge of products,sales, Estimation & Installation.
If any body can give me the tips to get the job offer letter i shall be highly obliged.
if there is any other way to get that then plz help me

what are the chances to get a job offer?

I think this guy was offering people AEO's if they pay him $15,000 to 25,000. Some other people on the board were talking about this.

I agree,He is NOT LICENSED,and I know many employment agencies that cost 2,000 to 3,000 dollars,Anything else is robbery,Even on the Black market LMO s sell only for between 5,000 to 8,000 dollars and these are the illegally purchased LMO s that anybody can buy.I know someone who was selling 10 LMO s which he sold for for 5,000 dollars to an agent who planned to resell them for 8,000-10,000 dollars and LMO s are free .

Isn't the LMO tied to a job though? Does that mean that the person who bought the LMO comes in on a temporary work permit and works for the company that the LMO was issued to? Or what do they do?

Correct,The employer accepts money in exchange for giving a job offer and hiring the worker,It is illegal though in BC

Maybe a UNLICENSED Employment service like him is careful because what he is doing is ILLEGAL in many provinces.
