Job offer letter while on visitor visa

Hi, currently I am on V1 visa in Canada. If i get a job offer letter will it be LMIA approved ? Or normal offer letter is also okay and based on it I can apply for Alberta Techpathway pnp ?

A job offer isn't necessarily LMIA approved. The job offer and the approved LMIA are two separate things.

Employer needs to be eligible and the job offer must meet LMIA requirements. So you have an EE profile to apply to AINP?

No guarantee that even if the employer gets an LMIA that your WP will be approved and also it may take many months. When it comes to PNP it can also take quite a long time so visiting Canada during that period of time may not be possible and may also be incredibly expensive.

Well you cannot work without a LMIA and closed work permit. If you have a job offer with an approved Alberta employer and NOC matches then you apply through AINP with job offer. Once nominated you apply for PR. You still cannot work until you have PR.
