I tried searching this topic but cant find it

So my employer is writing me a job offer letter.

We have in the letter that the offer is for the position that was advertised and the job offer is valid on the provision that permanent residence status is obtain

plus its 40hrs week full time non seasonal, the rate of pay 30hr and over time of 1.5x the hourly wage

do we have to list out the job duties in the offer letter? or just refer to them?

Thanks, forum is a huge help!

U cannot only have job offer letter from employer. Ur employer need to apply pay LMiA $1000, supporting docs such as advertisement from jobbank and why there is no canadian/pr available for the position.

Yea i know...

What I am asking is when I send my lmia application in. It need to have a copy of my job offer from my employer.
Or do we not have to need to show them that my employer offered me the job?

Our advert is up 3 week already

I am in the exact same situation. You cannot do anything. Your employer will have to send in the application. For PR only you don't have to pay $1000.

Yes i am aware of that. Im helping my employer with the paper work. He hardly has enough time to do his own job let alone fill out a LMIA. So he is getting me to fill put what I can and he will do the Business licence etc side of things.

I need to know if he needs to include the job offer letter to me in the lmia application!? Lol
